AI HR Atlas reviews AI tools — it would be a strange position to stay quiet about how AI is used in producing this site's own content. This page is that disclosure.

Where AI is used

AI assists with research, drafting, and structuring content on this site — pulling together publicly available facts (pricing pages, product documentation, published company-size targeting), organizing them into the comparison and review formats readers see, and drafting the prose around them. This is disclosed here rather than presented as entirely manual, uncredited work.

Where AI isn't the deciding factor

• Verdict criteria (Recommended / Worth a Look / Not Yet Ready) are fixed, published editorial standards — see our Methodology — not a judgment an AI system generates independently per tool.
• Every factual claim is expected to trace to a real, checkable source — a vendor's pricing page, published documentation, or a disclosed third-party rating — not an AI system's unsourced output.
• What counts as first-hand testing versus publicly sourced research is disclosed per tool (see the "research depth" note on every review), and AI assistance in drafting doesn't change that disclosure — desk research stays labeled as desk research.
• Editorial decisions — what to cover, how to weigh a tradeoff, when a correction is warranted — are directed by the site's editorial process, not automated.

What this means for accuracy

AI-assisted drafting doesn't lower the bar for accuracy — a factual error is still a factual error regardless of how the sentence was drafted, and our Editorial Guidelines and correction process apply the same way. If anything looks wrong, tell usand we'll check it against the source and correct it.
