Editorial Guidelines
This page covers the standards behind every piece of content on AI HR Atlas — what we publish, how we source it, and what we won't do. For how individual tools are scored and verdicts assigned, see our Methodology. For how AI is used in producing this content, see our AI Transparency page.
Editorial independence
No vendor can pay for a better verdict, a higher rating, or inclusion in a "best of" list. Being submitted for review doesn't guarantee coverage or a positive outcome — see our Affiliate Disclosurefor exactly how revenue works and what it doesn't influence.
Anonymous editorial identity
Content on this site is published under a collective editorial identity — "AI HR Atlas Editorial Team" — rather than individual named bylines. That's a deliberate choice, not an omission: we'd rather disclose our process openly (see below and our Methodology) than attach individual names or credentials we can't stand behind with the same rigor as the facts themselves. Every review and article still carries a real author record, a publish date, an update date, and — where a rating is quoted from a third party like G2 — an explicit source disclosure.
Sourcing standards
- Pricing and feature facts are sourced from the vendor's own published documentation and pricing pages, not marketing copy or press releases.
- A rating is either our own editorial assessment or an explicitly labeled third-party figure — never blended or presented ambiguously.
- Every tool profile links to its primary source and shows the date it was last verified.
- When a vendor doesn't publish a price, we say so ("Custom" / "Contact sales") rather than estimating or inventing a number.
What each content type is held to
- Tool reviews follow our published Recommended / Worth a Look / Not Yet Ready verdict criteria, disclosed research depth, and dated pricing verification.
- Comparisons are built from the same per-tool facts as individual reviews — a comparison never states a claim that isn't also true on the two tools' own review pages.
- Category and buying guides are grounded in the real tools listed on that page — we don't pad guidance with generic advice that isn't specific to the tools being compared.
- Sponsored content, if published, is labeled as such at the top of the piece and held to the same accuracy standard as unsponsored content.
Corrections
If you spot an error — outdated pricing, a factual mistake, a tool that's changed since we last checked — contact us. We review every correction request and update the affected page, along with its "last verified" date, when a correction is warranted.
Update cadence
Every tool profile carries its own "last verified" date rather than a single site-wide freshness claim — some tools are re-checked more often than others based on how frequently their pricing or positioning actually changes. A page's date is the real signal to check, not an assumption that everything on the site was reviewed on the same day.
